In Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival, some lockers, safes and doors are locked with four-digit codes. They hold ammo, gunpowder, bandages and weapon upgrades, so opening them before a tough section makes your life much easier. There are 10 code-locked containers in total. Below you will find all of them in the order you encounter them in the game, along with the location of each clue and what's inside.
All Hellraiser: Revival codes
| Code | Lock | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| 9901 | Red corridor locker | Gunpowder, coil, bandage |
| 9891 | Infirmary locker (next to the bloody bathtub) | Gunpowder, token, saw blade |
| 9606 | Safe in the house in the cemetery | Pistol ammo, extended magazine upgrade for the pistol |
| 1966 | Locker in Bruno's music room | Pistol ammo, gunpowder, chemical |
| 1952 | Snake room locker | Laser sight for the SMG, revolver ammo |
| 1923 | Private rooms bathroom locker | Hollow-point rounds upgrade for the revolver, machete, gunpowder, ammo |
| 1362 | Blue door in the factory | Heavy handguard upgrade for the shotgun, Labyrinth remnant, token, shotgun ammo, bear trap |
| 8571 | Laundry room locker | High-pressure ammo upgrade for the revolver, Skullcrusher, bandage, shotgun ammo, gunpowder |
| 2342 | Break room locker | Revolver, shotgun and SMG ammo |
| 1512 | Locker in the sewer lever room | Gunpowder, Skullcrusher |
For the red corridor locker, some players report that the code 0199 also works; if 9901 is not accepted, try that one. The other nine locks have only one code each.
Where are the clues?
If you want to work out the codes yourself, each lock's clue is hidden somewhere nearby:
- Red corridor (9901): The year plaques beneath the oil paintings in the corridor.
- Infirmary (9891): The tattoo on the corpse lying in the bathtub in the previous room.
- House in the cemetery (9606): The back of a photograph and the note found near the shed key.
- Bruno's music room (1966): The note next to the locker tells you to add 300 to the year 1666 on the large fire painting in Bruno's office.
- Snake room (1952): The date on the photograph on the wall.
- Private rooms (1923): A photograph of four men; combine the numbers of the two men wearing Leviathan badges.
- Factory (1362): The numbers on the two small carved figurines in the room.
- Laundry room (8571): Two videotapes; one shows 85 on screen, the other 71.
- Break room (2342): The numbers written inside the holes in the walls.
- Sewer (1512): The two numbers mentioned in the wall writing in the room with the electrified water.
How to use the codes
- Find the lock's location in the table and go to that locker, safe or door in the game.
- Interact with the keypad and enter the four-digit code.
- Once the lock opens, take the items inside into your inventory.
- Attach the weapon upgrades to the relevant weapon; save the gunpowder, coils and chemicals for crafting.
Codebreaker achievement
To get the Codebreaker achievement (a trophy on PlayStation), you don't need to open all ten locks, just any five. The first five locks (red corridor, infirmary, house in the cemetery, Bruno's music room and snake room) appear in the first half of the game; the moment you open the fifth, the achievement unlocks automatically.
Do the codes expire?
No. These are not promo codes but fixed lock combinations in the game world, so they never expire. If a code isn't working, you are most likely at the wrong lock. Check its location in the table and the order of the digits once more.
