What should you do if a code doesn't work?
First, make sure you typed the code correctly. An extra space added at the beginning or end while copying is a very common mistake, so check for spaces after you paste the code. If everything is correct, the code may have expired.
Where can you follow new codes?
Active codes are listed inside the game, right below the code box; you can see them there when a new code drops. If this practice changes in the future, just bookmark this page and check back from time to time.
If you are verified for chat on Roblox, you can find the link to the Pixel Basketball Discord server below the game's page. On the server, you can read announcements, join polls and share your suggestions for new content.
