How to Redeem Codes
- Launch the game and, on the main screen, press the ESC key or click the icon in the corner of the screen to open the main menu.
- Use the gear icon in the menu to enter the Settings section.
- Select the Other tab from the options.
- Click the Redeem Code button in the account information section and paste the code.
- After confirming the code, open your in-game Mailbox; rewards do not drop straight into your bag, so you need to collect the attachments in the letters.
Checklist If a Code Doesn't Work
- Copy and paste the code instead of typing it by hand; the number zero (0) and the letter O, and the number one (1) and the letter I are easily confused.
- If you have already used a code, you will get an invalid warning on the second attempt, because each code is valid once per account.
- Some codes may be exclusive to the America or Asia servers; a non-global code may not work on your server.
- If your mailbox is full, the reward may not arrive even if the code is accepted, so clear the box from time to time.
- The code may have reached its usage limit or expired; in that case, the system will return an error.
